A 359-line verification protocol I commissioned and run on every codebase I touch. Paranoid, adversarial, runtime-first. It assumes the change is broken until reality proves otherwise, and then it assumes the proof is lying.

Every fix gets a negative control: revert it, watch the symptom return, restore it, watch it vanish. A check you have never seen fail is not a check. It has found P0s behind green test suites on seven codebases so far.
